Home-Cooked Chicken Porridge

Sometimes I get this itch to cook something for myself and others and this is what I whipped up 2 years back. I really really love porridge and this is not some normal infatuation..it goes to the level of obsession.
This is what I came up with one short trip to the groceries store later. I bought a chicken thigh, boiled it in chicken stock until the flesh can be pulled apart and used the stock as a base for the porridge. The rest of the stuff I just added what I felt would be right in a porridge. It's quite delicious for something made without a recipe or plan and I'm quite proud of myself for this.

oh yea..i remember this one..it was so tasty, i thought u bought it somewhere and put it in a tupperware. :D

Hey..I can be a good cook if I want okay..I'm just too lazy to clean up afterwards :P
