NACHOS SUKA HATI


We made this one a few months ago but we didn’t have time to tell the whole world about it. So here goes.. 
The ingredients that we used were:
Lamb (you can use chicken or beef too), mozzarella cheese, black pepper, chachos, onion, tomato, green capsicum and a pinch of salt. 
It is so effortless, you just need to put everything on the nachos and heat it in the oven for 3 minutes and voila!! 


My Very Own Chicken Rice


Ingredient:

Chicken soup:
-          A few pieces of chicken
-          Chicken cube
-          10 diced potato
-          Soup spices: star anise, cinnamon, black pepper, etc.
-          Celery

Rice:
-          2 cups of rice
-          2 and half cups of chicken stock
-          A pinch of turmeric powder
-          A pinch of salt
-          1 spoon of ghee

Fried chicken:
-          1cm of ginger
-          2 cloves of garlic
-          Half onion
-          Soy sauce

Chili:
-          5 red chili
-          5 cloves of garlic
-          Cooking vinegar
-          Salt and sugar

Steps:
1.     1.  First, clean the rice, drain it and put aside. Then, heat the ghee until it melts and add in the garlic, ginger and onion. Fry them for a while before adding the rice. Finally add in 2 cups of the chicken stock as well as a pinch of salt and turmeric powder.
2.     2.  For the soup, boil the chicken for about half an hour and add in all the ingredients listed above for another 15 minutes.
3.     3. For the chili, just blend everything together and add in salt and sugar accordingly.
4.     4. As for the chicken, take out the boiled chicken from the soup and marinate them in the ingredients listed above for at least 1 hour. Then, fry them in a non stick pan with very little oil.
The result is TADA!!
