Here I'd like to share my moist chocolate cake recipe with you readers...
The ingredients that you need to have are:
- 4 eggs
- 4 cups of flour
- 4 cups of icing sugar
- a few drops of lemon juice
- 4 cups of choclate powder
- a pinch of salt
- butter
- baking powder
- 2 cups of fresh milk
The procedures are very simple. Firstly, you must make sure that your butter is not frozen (of course) because you need to mix it with icing sugar. If it is, make sure that you defrost it first before you begin your cake-making session. I suggest you to use a proper equipment so that the mixture is well mixed. Of course you can whisk it by hand but then it takes time and it’s going to hurt your arm.
So whisk the mixture until it turns slightly white and after that you can add in the egg yolks one by one. Later on, add in the rest of the eggs while stirring it gently. After that, add the flour as well as chocolate powder to the mixture until it becomes fluffy and brown. Don’t forget to put in a pinch of salt, baking powder and lemon juice. Last but not least pour your fresh milk little by little and then stir again for a few second and you’re done!
It’s very simple you can try it any time…Bake the cake for about 25 minutes and enjoy your chocolate cake… If you want to add the topping just add melting chocolate on top followed by chocolate rice. Happy trying!
